Salt spray is the big issue here. Frames and hardware close to the beach need a coastal grade powder coat and stainless hardware, plus a simple fresh water rinse every few months. Southerly busters can also be strong on exposed apartments and headland homes, so we check glass thickness and frame choice at the measure.
