Every commercial door is made to measure, so the price comes down to the opening and how the door will be used. The main things that change the cost are:

How much do commercial glass doors cost in Sydney?
As a guide, a commercial glass entry door starts from around $2,200 supplied and installed, a glass shopfront from around $3,500 and a commercial multifold door from around $5,500. The final price depends on the size, glass, hardware and site access. We measure for free and give you a fixed written quote before any work starts.
What types of commercial doors do you make?
We make 45mm glass entry doors, top hung sliding doors, heavy duty sliding doors, multifold doors, stacking doors, apartment balcony doors and complete aluminium shopfronts. Every door is made in our Smeaton Grange workshop.
Do you make glass entry doors for shops and offices?
Yes. Single and double glass entry doors are our most common commercial job. We use wide aluminium stiles, heavy duty hinges and door closers so the door stays square and closes properly after years of daily use.
Can you make retractable or folding glass doors for a cafe or restaurant?
Yes. Our commercial multifold doors fold back to one or both sides so you can open the whole front to the street, and stacking doors slide panels behind each other for a similar result. Both lock securely when the venue closes.
Are your commercial doors suitable for accessible entries?
Yes. Top hung sliding doors run on an overhead track with a flush floor, and we can fit low or flush sills on other door types. Tell us the access requirements for your project and we will recommend a door and threshold that suits.
What glass do you use in commercial doors?
All door glass is safety glass selected to AS 1288, usually toughened or laminated. We can also supply Low E or double glazing for heat and road noise, and tinted or frosted glass for privacy.
Do you work to builders plans and project programs?
Yes. We review architectural plans, measure on site when the openings are ready and deliver to your program. We can also supply the commercial windows for the same job so one team handles all the glazing.
Can you replace a shop door without closing my business?
In most cases, yes. We plan the changeover around your trading hours, remove the old door and fit the new one in a planned visit, and make sure the entry is secure before we leave.
How long do commercial doors take to make and install?
Most commercial doors are made and installed within 3 to 5 weeks of order, depending on size, glass and current lead times. Larger projects are scheduled to your build program, and we confirm the timeline when we quote.
