Newage Glass and Aluminium makes double glazed aluminium windows to measure at its Smeaton Grange workshop and installs them with its own team across Blue Mountains. Drive times are 43 minutes to Glenbrook, 56 to Springwood, 87 to Katoomba, off peak. Double glazing uses two panes with a sealed gap to cut heat, cold, noise and condensation. Measures and written quotes are free, and we reply within 24 hours.

Upper mountains winters are cold, foggy and damp, and single glazed windows run with condensation on most mornings. Double glazing keeps heat inside, cuts condensation and makes rooms quieter. It is the most requested upgrade we fit in Katoomba, Leura and Blackheath.
Most mountain blocks are bushfire prone, so we specify double glazed windows and doors to the BAL rating on your certificate under AS 3959. Tell us about steep blocks and stairs so we can plan delivery and handling.
