Newage Glass and Aluminium designs, makes and installs aluminium shopfronts from its Smeaton Grange workshop, with its own team working across CBD, Inner West and East. Drive times are 44 minutes to Marrickville, 50 to Randwick, 52 to the CBD, off peak. Our shopfronts use 101.6mm commercial framing, Torrens 45mm entry doors and safety glass to AS 1288, with double glazing up to 26mm. Site measures and written quotes are free, and we reply within 24 hours.
Marrickville is a 44 minute drive from our Smeaton Grange workshop, Randwick 50 and the CBD 52, off peak. We measure, make and install shopfronts across the inner city and plan every install around parking, loading zones and trading hours.
Inner city strip shops and cafes want a frontage that looks good and draws people in. For cafes, multifold doors or a wide sliding entry open the shop to the footpath on warm days, and lock up tight at night.
Many inner city streets are in heritage conservation areas, so a new shopfront may need council approval. We can supply product specs for your application, and powder coat or anodise frames to suit the streetscape.

Residential windows in Australia are rated to AS 2047 for wind, water and air. Energy performance is shown as a U value (heat loss) and SHGC (solar heat gain), and many products carry a WERS rating. We explain the numbers at your measure.
