Double Glazed and Energy Efficient Windows
Windows are where most heat gets in during summer and escapes in winter. Double glazing adds a second pane of glass with a sealed gap, so rooms hold their temperature and traffic noise drops.
Every window style we make can be double glazed, and Low E glass cuts heat on west and north facing rooms. For new homes and renovations in NSW, we supply windows with the glass and frame performance your BASIX certificate calls for.

Every window is made to measure, so the price depends on the style, size and glass. The main things that change the cost are:

How much do aluminium windows cost in Sydney?
As a guide, a sliding window starts from around $500, an awning or louvre window from around $550 and a double hung window from around $600, supplied and installed. Double glazing and larger sizes cost more. We measure for free and give you a fixed written quote.
Which window style is best for each room?
Awning windows suit kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, sliding windows suit bedrooms and living rooms, double hung windows suit traditional facades and louvres give the most airflow. Most homes use a mix, and we can go room by room with you at the measure.
Do you make custom size windows?
Yes. Every window we make is made to measure for your opening, so there are no stock sizes to work around. That includes new openings, odd sizes and highlight windows.
Should I choose double glazed windows?
If you want a quieter home or lower heating and cooling costs, double glazing is worth it, especially on busy roads and sunny west facing rooms. See our double glazed windows page for the options.
Do your windows meet BASIX requirements?
Yes. For new homes and renovations in NSW we supply windows with the glass and frame performance listed on your BASIX certificate. Send us the certificate with your plans when you ask for a quote.
Can you replace windows in an existing home?
Yes. We remove the old windows, fit the new aluminium windows to the openings and seal them inside and out. Most of our work is window replacement in brick and weatherboard homes.
Can I get flyscreens or security screens?
Yes. Flyscreens are available on every opening window style, and security screens can be added for extra protection.
Do aluminium windows need much maintenance?
Very little. Wash the frames and glass, keep the tracks clean and the windows will keep working smoothly. Aluminium does not rot, swell or need painting.
Do you supply windows for new builds and extensions?
Yes. We work from your plans and window schedule, measure when the frames are up and install to your builder's program, with matching doors if you need them.
